At Steelman Engineering, we carry out an on-site
consultation to discuss your requirements and
specifications. Based on this information, we will then introduce you to the product range most suitable for your application and
suggest one of the following options:

	Supply uncut section with joining components.
	Supply pre-cut drilled/tapped sections as flat pack.
	Supply fully built assembly to specification.

Aluminium is much lighter and easier to work with than
steel but strong enough to support strenuous loads. You
can assemble it quickly and easily, using only simple hand tools. Structures can be easily adapted as and when production needs demand.

BOSCH ALUMINIUM PROFILE
Bosch Aluminium Profile serves as the base technology enabling different components, assemblies or modules to
be easily configured to provide the optimum modular solution.

Utilising this system creates a multitude of advantages
such as faster assembly, greater economy and a proven connection between design and function. This system, once assembled, requires no further finishing such as grinding or painting.

PRESS BRAKE TOOLING RACK
Problem:
Expensive Trumpf tooling was damaged due to careless storage and production time was lost whilst trying to locate the correct tool for the job at hand.

Solution:
A Bosch Sectional Tooling Rack was specifically designed
and installed for the client. Each tool has a labelled area in the rack. Tools are easily located and removed for use and due to the use of aluminium section tool, surfaces are no longer damaged.

ASSEMBLY JIG
Problem:
Our client required an assembly jig for a product which is in constant development. Their main concern was that each time the product was developed and subsequently
modified, the jig had to be completely remanufactured.

Solution:
Steelman Engineering took advantage of the modular
nature of the Bosch Aluminium Section to build the jig. Each time a change is required only part of the jig needs
modified by unbolting the existing piece and fastening a
new one to the structure. The process created massive cost savings.
